DURANT, Okla. (KXII) – Choctaw Lighthorse Police are investigating after what’s being described as a fatal incident at a Choctaw Casino parking garage on Sunday.
Antonio Anthony Latham was booked into the Bryan County Jail for first-degree murder just after 9 o’clock Sunday evening.
A press release from the Choctaw Nation states it happened early Sunday evening, and that something happened between two guests in the Sky Tower parking garage.
The casino stated they are working with officers to figure out what happened.
The press release stated the safety and security of guests and associates are the casino’s highest priority.
