Reno Police Department officers responded to two incidents at a downtown casino Wednesday involving a suspect identified as Bill Ellis.
The first incident involved Bill Ellis forcibly groping an elderly woman working at the casino.
About 40 minutes afterwards, Ellis cornered a different woman in the casino bathroom. He threatened her with a knife while he pulled his pants down.
The woman convinced him to leave the bathroom, but he took her to another secluded area where he beat her and attempted to pull his pants down.
The victim screamed and Ellis ran away.
Officers found Ellis later in the morning and arrested him.
He is charged with the following:
