DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) — The Caesars Virginia temporary casino is set to open soon and casino officials are sharing a first look inside.
The temporary casino is near the property where the real thing will go as construction continues.

In a short video posted on Facebook, you can see the slot machines, carpet and tent roof of the temporary casino.
According to City Councilman Lee Vogler, the temporary casino will open on May 15 at 10 a.m.

The temporary casino will be located on Bishop Road in Danville.
Caesars Virginia is expected to open the following year in 2024.
