TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – Casino Del Sol has revealed its team for the upcoming construction of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe’s state-of-the-art gaming facility in central Tucson.
Yaeger Architecture, McCarthy Building Companies, and Summit Project Management have been chosen to spearhead the design, development, and oversight of the multi-year project set at the intersection of Grant Road and I-10.
Casino Del Sol says the 65,000 square-foot gaming facility will include a spacious casino floor with a sportsbook, high limit room, slot machines, and table games.
Additionally, the property will house a food court, full-service restaurant, and a center bar.
To meet parking demands, Casino del Sol says the facility will provide a surface parking lot with 195 spaces and a new four-level parking garage accommodating 1,050 vehicles.
McCarthy Building Companies will act as the general contractor for the project.
Yaeger Architecture will serve as the project’s architect.. Carl Yaeger, President of Yaeger Architecture, sees the expansion as an opportunity to contribute to the growth of Casino Del Sol and elevate its customer service to a new level.
Summit Project Management will play a crucial role as the owner’s representative and provider of project management services.
Amaktoolik Studios led the site planning stage of the project.
